One Major benefit is you can also quickly convert a Quote directly into an Invoice, which will no doubt save you time and ensure no errors are introduced as you don't have to type in all the details for the invoice. You can also duplicate a quote or invoice. This is ideal if you have to create another quote that is very similar to an existing one. Quotes and Invoices are generated to PDF which allows you to easily attach them to emails or for printing. This application can be configured to allow the inclusion of pictures or additional information (such as prescription forms) as pages in the PDF. Incorporated with our Product Manager will allow you to automatically add products from your website directly into your Quotes or Invoices. Will also integrate with the Dealer Manager so you can automatically select the company to whom this quote/invoice is for.

Every company has information such as new product releases, staff changes or up and coming events etc for display. Or you may wish to use it as a Blog. Our News Bulletin Manager will allow you to post articles on your website quickly and easily. It also includes a Photo Gallery which allows you to upload as many photos as you want for each article. You can add or edit articles at any time, assign an author plus you can also configure an expiration date, so after that date the article will be removed from display. This is ideal for promotion events in the near future. Included is a comprehensive Archival / Searching system, that allows articles to be grouped by month of current year or for all years. You can also enter key words to search for articles. The latest 10 articles are displayed as links, and a summary of the last 5 articles can be displayed on the home page.

Provides a Contact / Feedback form which sends the information via email and stores it to the database. The Contact form can include any information or options that you wish to provide. These options could be selections for numerous products, or if they require any specific services (such as make an appointment). The Manager allows you to review all contact form submissions and generate reports and lists.

Freight Manager will allow your customers to calculate the cost of delivering their order to them. The calculation is based on the weight of their order and the total distance to their suburb. As the website operator you can mange the prices and assign different regions and weight classifications

The Return Authority Manager helps you track items that are returned for repair or warranty claim. This application can generate a report for the customer and the supplier and allow you to track all contact with the customer and supplier regarding this item. There are 4 main sections that you can track the date and number of days each Return Authority spent in that section. This will help you identify where additional efficiency could be achieved. It also provides you the ability to make notes about each conversation you have had with the customer and with the supplier. This is ideal for future reference, or if numerous staff could be involved in an RA. They can simply check the note section to see what the last staff member had done, or who they last spoke to.

Link Manager allows you to organize and display links to other internet resources on your website. You can group links into categories and sub categories for easier sorting and display on the website, plus you can assign a priority value to each link. This will ensure that certain links will always appear at the top of the page or the top of their assigned category. Each link can include a picture (logo) for that website. You can also use the Link Manager as a product or program review application. Each entry can include a rating from 1 to 10. It could also be used as a customer testimonial / review where you can group all the testimonials by product. If the customer includes a rating from 1-10 that can also be incorporated.

If you have Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ), Information Topics or General Help information that you wish to display on your website then our Information Manager is just what you need. The Information Manager allows you to assign topics to categories, so that topics containing similar information are all grouped together. This will make it much easier for your website visitors to see all relevant information available for that category. You could for example create categories such as, Ordering Help, How To, Product Assistance, etc. That way people looking for specific help in one of those key areas can go directly to that category. This application is designed so that once the page has loaded you can click to view any question without any further loading. This makes the application very fast. You can also link to any question from any other page on your website, which makes it great for providing an option to obtain additional information with just a single click.

A fast, efficient and easy to use application that lets you create tutorials for display on your website. These tutorials are slide show based, where you can display a picture and an accompanying description as each picture (page) is selected. Ideal for providing step by step instructions for your customers. This system is easy to use, simply upload the pictures (in order) as you want them to appear in the tutorial and once uploaded enter the description that you wish to display alongside each picture. One Major benefit is that once the Tutorial page has loaded, you can switch between the tutorials without any further page loading required. This is ideal because it will then also keep track of what page you are viewing allowing you to switch between tutorials so you don't lose your place in any of the tutorials you have started to view.

A fast, efficient and easy to use application that lets you manage all the files that you wish to make available from your website. With additional features, such as counting the number of downloads, being able to group and organise files into categories and sub categories and being able to upload numerous formats of the same file (such as .PDF, .XLS, .ZIP, .CSV and .JPG) allows you to offer your viewers the file in whatever format they prefer. This also manages the file downloads, so you can configure the maximum number of connections, the maximum download rate (KB/s) and how many files can be downloaded simultaneously (by the same person), plus help protect your files from unauthorised linking and downloading.

A single page photo gallery that will allow you to display a range of photos which can be grouped into categories, that you will be able to manage yourself. You can upload new photos and add descriptions for each photo. You can include as many photos as you require. Once the size of the photos to display is configured, each photo you upload will be resized and optimized automatically to ensure fast loading but still retain good image quality. With the Manager you can view and download each photo currently displayed in the gallery and you have the option to delete any photo. Other key feature is the ability to configure numerous Categories. That way you can upload photos to each category individually. These categories are then displayed as Galleries on your website.

Finding out what your website visitors like can be an interesting exercise. The easiest way to achieve this is by creating Polls. Our Poll Manager allows you to configure up to 15 options for each poll. Graph the results or export as delimited text file for use in programs like Excel.

This application will allow you to generate catalogues from the products you have displayed on your website (using our Product Manager). You can generate single sided or double sided PDF files, in A4 or A3 page sizes, include a Category and/or Sub Category Index and a Product Index. There are a range of other options to help you refine the layout and display of the catalogues you wish to create. This requires our Product Manager in order to manage the products to include in the Catalogues
